Learn MoreOur Story
This section tells the story of our organization, from our official incorporation to our core motivation. We are a non-profit, public-benefit company committed to making a tangible difference in Uganda's public health landscape.
Acute Resuscitation Initiative (ARI) LTD was officially incorporated in Uganda on November 5, 2024, as a company limited by guarantee without share capital. This legal structure underscores our commitment to public benefit rather than profit generation. Our registered office is located at Plot 4-5 Buteza Close, Magezi Cell, Nabuyonga Ward, Northern Division in Mbale District.
Since our inception, ARI has been driven by a singular, powerful vision: to build a safer and healthier nation capable of responding effectively to cardiac emergencies. We work tirelessly to overcome cultural, infrastructural, and educational barriers to make life-saving CPR training accessible to all.
